Bokashi Composting – Learn this Japanese fermentation method that's excellent for indoor use. Using a sealed bucket with special bacteria/bran, you can compost meat and dairy (unlike traditional methods) with minimal odor. It's low physical effort and can be done seated!

Worm Compost - Using worms to do all the work! This method requires low energy inputs, can be done indoor and outdoor and can be done seated as well! Produces a nutrient dense worm castings/manure.

Accessible Tools and Setup – Get recommendations for ergonomic tools like easy grip gardening tools, corkscrew-style compost turners, and in-bed worm composters for wheelchair-friendly raised beds. Remember: permaculture is meant to be slow, steady, and within your limits!
