Online Courses (Self-Paced)
I want you to feel confident in your purchase. If an online course or program does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund 24 hours after your purchase. Please note that a 5% service fee will be applied to all refunds. Simply reach out to me via info@thechronicallytiredgardener.ca or my contact form, and I'll process your refund—no questions asked. We want you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply contact us, and we will process your refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Pay What You Can and Donations
Because these are voluntary contributions, they are non-refundable. I truly appreciate your support!
Live Classes & Workshops
If you're unable to attend a scheduled live class or workshop, you may request a refund with at least 1 hour's notice before the event start time.
Life happens—I also offer refunds for emergencies (illness, family emergencies, etc.) on a case-by-case basis, even if you can't provide advance notice. Just reach out and let me know what's going on.
